Diligent

How Diligent works.

Twenty minutes to set up. An hour to your first insights. Then a steady rhythm of checking, surfacing, and catching — so you don't have to.

Day one. Twenty minutes to set up.

Diligent doesn't ask you to change anything about your current setup. You keep running ads where you run them. You keep your data where you keep it. Diligent just reads what's already there — securely, via the platforms' official APIs — and learns how your business actually converts.

Connect your ad platforms.

Meta Ads and Google Ads connect via OAuth in a single click each. Diligent reads campaign data, creative assets, audiences, and geo performance. Read-only by default — we don't make changes until you tell us to.

  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads (coming soon)

Connect your business data.

Point Diligent at wherever your first-party data lives. A CSV upload works. A warehouse connection works. A CRM integration works. You pick what's easiest for your stack.

  • CSV upload (Excel, Google Sheets export)
  • Data warehouse (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift)
  • CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho)

Tell Diligent about your funnel.

Your funnel isn't everyone's funnel. A D2C purchase happens in days; a FinTech application takes weeks. An EdTech enrollment involves counselor calls that a pixel can't see. Walk Diligent through your stages and typical conversion rates so we can calculate what your campaigns are actually driving — not just what the platforms report.

  • Define your conversion stages (click → lead → qualified → paying, or whatever your funnel actually looks like)
  • Set typical conversion rates between stages
  • Mark which stage counts as revenue

This step is how Diligent's numbers get real. It takes most teams about ten minutes, and it's the step that separates what we do from what your platforms tell you.

The first hour. Diligent reads, unifies, and reconciles.

Diligent pulls the last 90 days of your ad platform data and cross-references it with your first-party revenue. Click IDs, UTM parameters, timestamps, and geographic data get matched against real transactions. Your funnel gives us the stages; your data gives us the ground truth. What comes out the other side is a single view of what your marketing actually did — not what each platform claims it did.

This is where most attribution tools stop. Diligent treats it as the starting line.

Every morning. A short summary of what happened.

While you sleep, Diligent AI checks every campaign, every ad set, every creative, every geo. In the morning, you get a three-minute read on what moved overnight — and what needs your attention today.

  • What changed. Spend, performance, and any deviations from your baseline, grouped by significance.
  • What we caught. Anomalies, drifts, and patterns that look like they matter — each with its reasoning and a confidence level.
  • What we'd do. Specific, named recommendations with the data behind them. You approve, edit, or ignore.

Any time. Ask Diligent a question.

Your data is in one place, already reconciled. Your funnel is already understood. So when a question comes up — why is our London campaign underperforming our Paris campaign, which creatives bring our best customers, what happens if we cut Google Search by 20% — you ask it.

Diligent AI answers with the same rigor a senior performance marketer would: with the data, the reasoning, and an honest acknowledgement of what it doesn't know.

As things change. Alerts before they're expensive.

Creative fatigue. Audience saturation. A campaign drifting off its target CPA. A sudden geographic shift. Diligent catches these the moment they start and tells you — not three weeks later, when you've already burned half a budget.

  • Creative fatigue — click-through and engagement curves flattening
  • Budget drift — pacing off baseline by meaningful margins
  • Audience saturation — frequency rising past effective thresholds
  • Geographic shifts — sudden over- or under-performance by region
  • Attribution degradation — tracking issues that would cause silent data loss
  • Unusual spend patterns — platform over- or under-delivery

Over time. You decide how much to hand over.

Diligent starts as an observer. It shows you what it would do; you decide whether to act. As you see its reasoning, check its confidence calibration, and see the outcomes, you can choose to let it handle more directly.

  1. ObserverSurfaces insights in your dashboard. Now
  2. AdvisorOne-click approve/reject on every recommendation.Soon

  4. CreatorGenerates creative variations for your review.Soon

You choose the level. You set the guardrails. You can always pull back.

What Diligent isn't.

A few things worth naming, because we get asked.

  • Not another dashboard to check. Diligent tells you what's worth your attention. You don't go looking for insights; they come to you.
  • Not a replacement for Meta or Google. We read from them, analyze what they report, and help you act on it. Your campaigns keep running where they run.
  • Not a black box. Every insight, every recommendation, every action comes with its reasoning, its data, and a confidence level. You can always see why Diligent thinks what it thinks.
