How credits work.
Credits are what Diligent AI uses to do its work — every question you ask, every recommendation it surfaces, every morning debrief it assembles. Your plan includes a monthly allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle.
One credit = one action
Asking Diligent a question costs one credit. A surfaced recommendation costs one credit. A morning debrief assembled from overnight checks costs one credit. Simple.

Unused credits don't roll over. Each month starts fresh.

If you hit your allocation, we'll email you before any overage. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase a top-up pack for the month.
Most teams use 50–70% of their allocation in a typical month. The ceiling exists so you can plan, not so you'll hit it.

Autonomous agents — $199/month each.
As Diligent matures from observer to co-pilot to autopilot, specific capabilities will move from “reviewed by you” to “acted on directly.” Each of these will be available as an add-on agent — priced transparently, optional, and activated only when you're ready.
